The bionic arm that restores the sense of touch to the people with an amputated limb has transcended the realm of science fiction and the stories about cyborgs. Scientists have taken a step further in implementing knowledge in the neurophysiology of human touch. In the near future, we will also be able to achieve touch via a mobile phone or tablet. Last year, the students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering returned with a gold medal from the Hydrocontest 2018, the international competition of naval architecture students, where they won the Mass Transport category race. Their conceptual design, blueprint, calculations, project design and the small remote-controlled cargo vessel they made on their own were the most innovative and with the best features. The vessel reached its destination in the shortest possible time. Thanks to this success, our student team was invited to Monaco for an even more inspiring competition, the Solar & Energy Boat Challenge, which demands building a larger man-operated vessel. Is it posible to resist the challenge of working on the desing, construction and driving of a small racing car that vill compete in a world-wide competition called the Formula Student?   Faculty of Mechanical Engineering provided this opportunity to the students of the University of Belgrade by opening up their workshops and providing mentoring support to develop a student formula.
