Students of the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, enrolled in Master’s programmes within the Process Engineering and Environment Protection Module, Thermal Power Engineering Module, Thermal Science Engineering Module, as well as third-year Bachelor students attending the course “Processes and Equipment in Environment Engineering”, recently visited the Vinča Waste Management Centre.
During the visit, the students had the opportunity to enhance their practical knowledge and gain deeper insight into the operation of the facility, as well as into modern waste management technologies and the various activities carried out within the centre.
In addition to the Mechanical Engineering students, the visit was also attended by students from the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade, specifically from the Department of Environmental Engineering. They, too, had the opportunity to learn more about the functioning of one of the key waste management facilities in Belgrade.
